Through our partnership with the Pilates Education Institute (PEI), we offer two comprehensive tracks designed to support your journey and help you succeed in the Pilates industry.

Choose Your Path to Success: Two Comprehensive Tracks

Whether you want to lead dynamic group classes or specialize in private, rehabilitation-focused sessions, we have a path tailored for you.

Track 1: Group Class Certification

If you love the energy of group classes and thrive on community connection, Track 1 is for you!  This program focuses on mastering all levels of Mat & Reformer plus Spring Board, Jump Board, Spine Corrector and all props.  You will be trained on foundational basic principles with Anatomy as well.  You will learn everything you need to start leading engaging and effective group classes right away!

With real-world experience and unlimited mentorship, you’ll have opportunities for on-the-job training through apprenticeships while working toward certification. This hands-on teaching experience ensures you’re fully prepared to step into a teaching role as soon as you’re certified. Additionally, you’ll receive personalized guidance from senior instructors every step of the way.

Track 2: 500-Hour Full Comprehensive Certification

If you’re ready to dive deeper into one-on-one instruction and specialized rehabilitation techniques, Track 2 is for you. This comprehensive program includes everything in Track 1, plus training on advanced equipment such as the Cadillac/Tower, Pilates Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

This track provides a full comprehensive certification that is recognized both nationally and internationally, allowing you to teach anywhere in the world.

Flexible Learning Tailored to Your Goals

At Soteria Pilates, we understand that each person’s journey is unique, which is why our program offers flexibility in both time and cost. Whether you’re committing to the full 500 hours or starting with Track 1 and adding more certifications later, we’ll work with you to create a learning plan that fits your schedule and budget.

We offer customizable packages, flexible payment plans, and the option to complete the program full-time or part-time, so you can progress at your own pace.
