I did Pilates teacher training with Jess 6 years ago. She is so knowledgeable about the exercises, modifications and variations to challenge clients. Taking privates and group classes from Jess has also made me a better instructor. She knows how to teach all levels of students and still challenge everyone with a safe workout.
