All memberships begin with a 90-day initial contract. After your first 90 days, your membership automatically rolls into a month-to-month agreement. 4 credits per billing cycle.

Momentum 8
This is where consistency becomes a lifestyle. Momentum 8 is built for members ready to show up two to three times a week and start seeing real, measurable change in their strength, posture, and body awareness. Your membership includes one complimentary InBody scan at sign-up plus one additional free scan every year. Need more data in between? Grab a 4-pack of scans for $160 anytime.

You are past the beginner stage, and your body knows it. Elevation 12 is designed for members training three to four times a week who want variety, progression, and results they can actually measure. For the member who is serious about their practice and their results. Mastery 16 gives you the freedom to train four to five times a week across every format we offer. Additional scans are available as a discounted 4-pack for $160.
