
At 48, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t something you stumble into; it’s something you build with intention. I’m Jessica Olin, founder of Soteria Pilates in Winter Garden and Maitland. My health journey has reshaped how I live, coach, and connect with our community.
Facing the Challenges
At 42, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Soon after, perimenopause arrived, and by 46, I was managing prediabetes and leaky gut syndrome.
I didn’t want to settle for “this is aging.” I wanted vibrant energy, a strong body, and a clear mind.
Building a Wellness Team
That commitment led me to partner with Soteria Pilates, Alliance Regenerative Medicine, and Dr. Ben Lerner in Clermont, FL. Their expertise in functional medicine and hormone therapy for women supports the work we do at Soteria — offering tools that help members (and me!) heal from the inside out.
Movement That Works
Pilates remains my anchor, but I’ve added functional fitness and strength training for bone density, metabolism, and joint stability.
Here’s my formula for whole-body health in Winter Garden:
