Class Policies

CLASS POLICIES

  • We require grip socks for all of our classes. We have socks for purchase at the studio, or feel free to bring your own.
  • We recommend that clients bring their own towel and water bottle, which you can store in the cubbies located in the lobby area.
  • Parking is available in front, side, and back of the building.
  • Water is the only beverage allowed in the group room. If you need to refill, we have a FLOWATER machine in the lobby.
  • There are two restrooms with changing areas, both located in the back of the studio.
  • Please silence your cell phones before class starts.

STUDIO INFO

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled after the 3-month commitment/contract. There is a $400 early termination fee. You’ll need to give a 30-day notice via email before your next autopay date.
  • Payments declined more than 5 days after initial payment retrieval incur a fee of $50 per day.
  • Guest passes for memberships require a 24-hour notice via email. You must provide name, email, and cell phone number. 1 Guest per class, and please avoid bringing guests to busier class times.
  • To avoid losing a credit, please cancel your reservation online at least 12 hours before the class starts.
  • Please provide 2 weeks’ notice if pausing your classes in case of medical leaves. Credits will be rolled over upon request via email/form. $15 freeze fee per period 3 month max.
  • Please arrive on time. If you arrive beyond 10 minutes late for your class, your spot may be offered to someone waiting at the studio to get into the class.
  • All classes must be booked prior to arrival; there are no walk-ins.
  • Classes will be cancelled if no reservations 12 hours prior to class time.
  • Semi-Private Sessions/Private Trainings require a 24 hour cancellation.
  • You must be at least 12 years old to attend class with parental consent.
