CLASS POLICIES \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • We require grip socks for all of our classes. We have socks for purchase at the studio, or feel free to bring your own.<\/li>
  • We recommend that clients bring their own towel and water bottle, which you can store in the cubbies located in the lobby area.<\/li>
  • Parking is available in front, side, and back of the building.<\/li>
  • Water is the only beverage allowed in the group room. If you need to refill, we have a FLOWATER machine in the lobby.<\/li>
  • There are two restrooms with changing areas, both located in the back of the studio.<\/li>
  • Please silence your cell phones before class starts.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    STUDIO INFO<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Monthly memberships can be canceled after the 3-month commitment\/contract. There is a $400 early termination fee. You’ll need to give a 30-day notice via email before your next autopay date.<\/li>
    • Payments declined more than 5 days after initial payment retrieval incur a fee of $50 per day.<\/li>
    • Guest passes for memberships require a 24-hour notice via email. You must provide name, email, and cell phone number. 1 Guest per class, and please avoid bringing guests to busier class times.<\/li>
    • To avoid losing a credit, please cancel your reservation online at least 12 hours before the class starts.<\/li>
    • Please provide 2 weeks’ notice if pausing your classes in case of medical leaves. Credits will be rolled over upon request via email\/form. $15 freeze fee per period 3 month max.<\/li>
    • Please arrive on time. If you arrive beyond 10 minutes late for your class, your spot may be offered to someone waiting at the studio to get into the class.<\/li>
    • All classes must be booked prior to arrival; there are no walk-ins.<\/li>
    • Classes will be cancelled if no reservations 12 hours prior to class time.<\/li>
    • Semi-Private Sessions\/Private Trainings require a 24 hour cancellation.<\/li>
