Class Policies
CLASS POLICIES & STUDIO INFO
Grip socks are required for all of our classes. We are sold in studio as well.
We recommend that clients bring their own towels and refillable water bottles. Water is the only beverage allowed on the floor.
Studio Parking: There is plenty of parking 360 around the building.
Please consider your drive time + traffic to be on time for classes. There is a 10 minute late policy and you will not be allowed in for the safety of all participants.
The studio has 2 all gender restrooms/changing rooms.
Cubbies are provided for your personal belongings and shoes.
Please turn your cellphones to vibrate mode as it is a distraction.
Check-in at the front desk at the IPAD or on your mobile app.
To avoid a late fee charge, please cancel your reservation online 8 hours before class starts.
If you are on a Monthly Unlimited class package, there is a $15 late cancellation fee and a $20 no-show fee. All other packages lose a class credit.
Monthly memberships can be canceled after the 3-month commitment/contract with a 30 day notice prior to your payment date. All requests must be emailed. A $150 Early Termination Fee applies.
There is a $50 charge for declined payments past 5 days
All classes must be pre booked before arrival; there are no walkins. The booking window closes 10 minutes before classes start.
Vacation/Medical Freezes are $50 per freeze, with a 1 month minimum and a 3 month maximum. Please email two weeks before your freeze date. You cannot freeze within your 90 day contract.
Guest passes require 24 hour notice via email. You must provide their name, email, and cell phone number. 1 Guest per class, and please avoid bringing guests to busier class times.
Must be 12+ to attend classes with parental consent.
